What does it take to make a thread?
To make a thread with this machine, you need to do the following steps:
- Set the cutting knives and threading rollers to the desired thread size (gauge included)
- Set the desired thread length on the gauge, (limit switch)
- Place the rod in the vise (by using the footswitch the automatic clamping of the vise will occur),
- The head starts and performs the cutting of the bar to the set dimension, and then the threading rollers bend the thread on the bar,
- After the set thread is made, the machine automatically stops and the head returns to the initial position,
- The opening of the vise takes place and the bar with the made thread can be removed.
